Oxford police lead regional effort to share drones with area police departments

According to the Center for the Study of the Drone at Bard College in New York, at least 910 state and local public safety agencies in the U.S. had purchased drones, of which 599 were law enforcement agencies, as of May.

Oxford and Westboro police are two of the first local police departments to launch drone programs, and gave demonstrations to the Telegram & Gazette last week.

Westboro acquired its drone, the “AIR 1” DJI Inspire 1 Drone, in September 2017, and has since been using it to photograph crash scenes, and observe parking and traffic issues at large events, such as festivals. If there’s a concern about traffic, Westboro Sgt. Clifford Luce said, the police might use the drone to see if there’s validity to the complaint, or if it’s simply someone causing a temporary problem by making a turn. It’s also been used to look for missing people or people presumed to be missing.

Before the Internet was launched in 1992, our thoughts, values and beliefs were informed by our family and friends and by the books, magazines and newspapers we read and by what we heard on radio and saw on television. If we wanted to communicate with each other we would pick up the telephone, write a letter or meet face to face.

The Internet changed everything.

The World Wide Web gave us electronic access to free, uncensored information on our computers, tablets and cell phones and the ability to instantly share that information with each other. It connected us together in a virtual public square, where we could do our own research and talk about our personal experiences, and express what we think and believe and how we feel about important issues that affect our lives.

There are three billion people on the Internet communicating with each other. 1 Except for the printing press created in the 15th century, there is no other single means of communication that has had as profound an impact on freedom of thought and speech as the World Wide Web.

Yes, the Internet has changed everything. And, now, everyone needs to know how the Internet is changing.


In the very near future you may not be able to find information about vaccine science, policy and law published on websites like NVIC.org and TheVaccineReaction.org or be able to connect with us on social media platforms to have an open conversation about it. With the cancellation of net neutrality in the U.S. in 2017,3 the two decade forging of public-private business partnerships between governments and politically powerful corporations and institutions has cleared the way for factual information about health to be censored as “fake news” and quietly removed from the Internet if it does not conform with public health policy and government recommendations for use of pharmaceutical and food products.

Has the Internet been hijacked by Wall Street? It sure looks that way.

An electronic wall is being built to block you from getting information you want so you only get information someone else decides you need. An electronic burning of the books has begun, and the people are being silently herded into a virtual Dark Age. While this censorship is starting with conversations about health and vaccination, it will not end there.
Those who have bought and control the Internet now have the power to restrict or block any kind of information they do not want you to see or talk about with your family, friends and others you connect with online.5

So who is doing the judging of what is truth and what is “fake news” online?

The Internet Police Thinking and Speaking for You

Web of Trust6 and Snopes,7 both for-profit enterprises, have attempted to police the Internet for the past decade by rating websites for “trustworthiness” or branding articles published online as “true” or “false,” even as they themselves became embroiled in controversy about trustworthiness.10 But Snopes and Web of Trust are rookies compared to the professional SWAT team hired this year by a new corporation, NewsGuard Technologies, Inc., to rate websites and online publications so, in their own words, they can quote “fight false news, misinformation and disinformation.”11 12 13 14 15 16 17 NewsGuard is collaborating with The Paley Center for Media,18 Google,19 Microsoft,20 21 Publicis,22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 schools, libraries32 and other institutions to protect you and your children from news and perspective they think will harm you and society.

There is no question that “fake news” is a real problem in both mainstream and alternative media when demonstrably false information is deliberately disguised as fact. However, it is also a real problem when demonstrably factual information or perspective is mislabeled as “fake news,” simply because it criticizes government policy or threatens the bottom line of corporations selling government recommended commercial products like liability free vaccines.


One of the most politically powerful public-private partnerships today is the lucrative one that has been forged by the pharmaceutical industry with government,33 34 35 36 37 38 mainstream media39 and wealthy philanthropic foundations with political agendas.40 41 42 43 44 45

NVIC Giving a Voice for the Vaccine Injured, Defending Human Rights

It has been 25 years since the nonprofit charity founded in 1982 by parents of vaccine injured children, the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), began posting vaccine information on the Internet. We represent and give a voice to a vulnerable minority, the ones for whom the risks of vaccination turn out to be 100 percent. But we also represent and give a voice to people who believe that the human right to freedom of thought, speech, conscience and informed consent must be protected.49

Verifiable Facts About Vaccination Not “Fake News”

Ten years before the birth of the Internet, one of the best-kept secrets in America was that vaccines can and do cause injury and death and that some individuals are more vulnerable to being harmed by vaccination. In 1982, an Emmy award winning television documentary DPT: Vaccine Roulette produced by consumer reporter Lea Thompson alerted parents and pediatricians that the whole cell pertussis vaccine in DPT shots could brain damage children.50 51 It was a mainstream media outlet – NBC – that blew the whistle on the pharmaceutical industry’s neglect, and the medical establishment’s denial of DPT vaccine reactions, and the 50-year failure of industry and government to improve the safety of a vaccine mandated for all children to attend school.

These are verifiable facts: the truth, not “fake news.”

Mobile and wireless technologies are a ubiquitous feature of modern life. Most U.S. adults own smartphones, a growing proportion are “smartphone-only” Internet users and over a fourth report being online “almost constantly.” As for children, a 2014 survey of high-income nations reported that almost seven in ten children used a mobile phone, and two-thirds of those had a smartphone, usually by age 10. As described by Nielsen, it is now as common to see “a kid with a smartphone in their hand” as it was to see “a kid playing with a yo-yo in the years before the digital age.”

The enthusiasm with which the public has embraced each new mobile and wireless technology—most of which have never undergone any appropriate safety testing or standards development—suggests that consumers rarely stop to consider the health implications of the infrastructure shoring up their ability to browse, stream and download anytime and “on the go.” Consumers are not entirely to blame for their lack of awareness—it is not easy to disentangle the technologies’ health risks in the face of the telecommunications industry’s steady and calculated disinformation efforts and a captured Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that “follows the script of fabulously wealthy, bullying, billion-dollar beneficiaries of wireless.”

Now, however, a global 5G “frenzy” is upon us and is coming into full force. The rollout of “blazing fast” 5G technology will “dramatically increase the number of transmitters sending signals to cellphones and a host of new Internet-enabled devices.” The time is ripe for greater grassroots awareness of the undisclosed tradeoffs between convenience and 5G’s potentially catastrophic health effects. Far from a simple “next-gen” upgrade, powerful 5G (fifth-generation) networks and technology are about to subject everyone, on a continuous basis, to unprecedented forms and amounts of what retired U.S. government physicist Dr. Ronald Powell calls “mandatory irradiation”—without “prior study of the potential health impact” or any assurance of safety. Considering that young people (with their smaller body mass and developing brains) are particularly vulnerable to radiation, the Environmental Health Trust has termed 5G “the next great unknown experiment on our children”—and the entire human population.

Early warnings

In fact, the “giant uncontrolled experiment” on children and adults has already begun, despite an urgent international appeal by tens of thousands of scientists, doctors, environmental organizations and citizens calling for a halt to 5G deployment. In 2018, telecom carriers in the U.S. and Europe began rolling out 5G technology in dozens of cities. Focusing (for now) on “dense urban and high-traffic areas” in the U.S., AT&T began positioning its 5G infrastructure in major cities in eight states, and Verizon started offering 5G home broadband service in “select neighborhoods” in a handful of cities.

So, how did a dentist come to the conclusion that fluoride—which is so heavily promoted within dentistry—is detrimental to your health?

Dr. Osmunson's Story of Discovery

"I promoted fluoridation for 25 years," Dr. Osmunson admits. But then his patients began questioning it and urging him to review the science once again.
"One of the earlier gentlemen that worked with me… said, "Bill, what about the freedom of allowing people to choose fluoride or not?" I remember my mouth opening up to respond and nothing came out, because I'm very much in favor of freedom. I want people to have the freedom to choose the chemicals, the drugs, whatever they're doing.
Fluoridation removes that freedom.
… I was certain fluoride was beneficial. I could see it in my patients' teeth. I was just absolutely certain that it was. When you have a tooth that's really hard and shiny and looking good, and no decay, that's the one that's had fluoride, right?
Well, I found out I was wrong.
I thought I was seeing the effects of fluoride when it really wasn't…Based on the science, people who have a higher socioeconomic bracket, people who are eating better, they have better teeth. I was looking at it and guessing, "well, this person is benefiting from fluoride" when they really weren't."

Too Much Fluoride Negates Any Potential Benefit…

According to Dr. Osmunson, there are some studies suggesting benefit, but "if you combine them all together, I am convinced that where there was a benefit, it's no longer there, in part because we're ingesting far too much fluoride."
In essence, there may be some minor benefit up to a certain point and even that is highly debatable. The bottom line is that the drawbacks and health risks begin to far outweigh any benefit from using fluoride...
"Is it appropriate to put in the substance into water, where some people may drink less than a liter a day and others drink up to 19 liters a day?" he asks. "That's a huge difference in the dosage amount of fluoride that they are getting. And what about the other sources?
Once fluoride became accepted as wonderful, we started putting it in toothpaste and of course there are the pesticides, the creolite, and the post-harvest fumigants. And then there are the dental fillings, the dental topical treatment, the fluoride varnishes in the medical products, and the Teflon pans…
I started to look at how much are we getting. We're getting much more; two-three times more than what we were when they started fluoridation."

What's the Best Way to Reduce Fluoride Intake?

Water fluoridation, which eliminates individual choice, should be removed as a first step. But, avoiding fluoride toothpaste can be another important factor.
Why?
As you probably know, mercury in dentistry is a massive health threat. Dr. Osmunson recounts a number of health problems he frequently saw in his patients, such as temporomandibular disorders, migraines and headaches. But he began to question whether fluoride, in addition to mercury, might be part of these problems.
"I was looking down at this basket of Crest toothpaste and said, okay Bill, you're a nutritionist. You got your Masters in Public Health in Nutrition. What does it say?
So I reached down and read the label on it: "Keep out of the reach of children under six years of age." Okay, that sounds reasonable. "Adults, apply a pea sized amount"… and "Contact poison control center if you swallow"…
Hang on a second!"
So, he started doling out pea-sized amounts of toothpaste onto a piece of paper to check how much toothpaste they're actually referring to, and to his great shock, he realized that "pea size" really means a "tiny baby pea size"—about half the size of a regular pea.
At that recommended rate, one tube of toothpaste should actually last you several years! That's how little you should use to remain within safe limits.
According to the research literature, you should brush with no more than one-quarter of a milligram of fluoride, and call Poison Control if you swallow that amount… When you see a toothpaste ad, that long swirl of toothpaste is actually more than one month's worth!

How Much Fluoride is in Your Water?

What's worse, one-quarter milligram of fluoride also equals just one glass of Chicago tap water…
"There seems to be a disconnect there," Dr. Osmunsen says. "They tell me not to swallow a quarter milligram of fluoride in my toothpaste, but they are forcing me to swallow a quarter milligram in just one glass of water.

NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- When fluoridation began in 1945, promoters believed that the trade-off for reducing tooth decay would be 10% dental fluorosis, but by 1986-7 the prevalence had jumped to 23% and then by 2004 to 41% (Beltrán-Aguila et al, 2010) now it stands at a whopping 65% (Neurath, 2019, in press), reports the Fluoride Action Network (FAN).

A spate of news stories – triggered by a CDC report  - focused on kids swallowing too much toothpaste. But according to Paul Connett, PhD, FAN Director, "The defenders of water fluoridation are missing the real story. Dental fluorosis is a biomarker of over-exposure to fluoride and the 'elephant in the room' is what damage fluoride is doing to other tissues."

Recent scientific research indicates that exposure to fluoridated water may lower thyroid function (Peckham et al, 2015 and Malin et al, 2018) and 350 published studies indicate that fluoride can damage the brain.

The latter includes a major U.S.-government funded mother-offspring study conducted in Mexico City (Bashash et al, 2017). This rigorous study found a very strong association between fluoride levels in mothers' urine and lowered IQ in their offspring. The fluoride levels in this study correspond to levels in pregnant women living in fluoridated areas in Canada (Till et al, 2018) and almost certainly the USA.

While it is understandable that die-hard promoters of fluoridation should be fixated on any study dealing with teeth it is less understandable why the media should ignore fluoride's impact on the brain.
