Response to Skelton Discrimination Complaint

Former Town Coordinator, Carol Skelton has filed a discrimination complaint against:

This document is the response to that complaint. Will the current BOS vote to defend the Town of Templeton in this matter?

  1. a very enlighting document and alot to read and to check on. Since I seen somewhere or heard somewhere that Kopelman & Paige work for the majority of the board of selectmen, don't this new majority kind of have a conflict of interest here? They brought Len Kopleman back and the recall peeps including columbus and wilder spent alot of time at the skeltons house, that don't look good to me. Didn't that vote by them three to bring em back with what happened in Winchendon, the mullins deal with K&P raise one of them red flags? I think running a town is a wee bit different from running a yard sale. So does bob columbus and his crew stand by this legal stuff or does he go to Len and get a different opinion and sack the town like that Pete Farrell says he did with the sewer lawsuit, I'm just wondering er for someone who may be on the way out being involved in any deals that effects Templeton for a long time. You know be in recall and then bring payback before he gets voted out, if he does git voted out of office in bout a month. Should he beinvolved in or be signing anything contractual since he is in election again one of them reespndence? Someone smarter than me need to be lookin this over.

  2. How can anyone who "Loves their Town" sue their Town, Just another fact of why the Skeltons have been and are BAD BAD BAD for this town. Is there still room on that Ship to the Moon for 2

  3. OMG OMG OMG! Make my day! This is the best news heard in a long while. After this, why would this town want to have this person back on the payroll controlling the three stooges? Brings a question to mind. Has Ms. Skelton been collecting a salary since she was put on "paid administrative leave"? If so, shouldn't she be paying back this money? This info needs to get out to the public. How can we do it. Can we send out a newsletter?

    1. You got it!! More people need to find out just how BAD we have been Screwed over for years now by a certain few here!! My opinion as always!! Thanks Julie for keeping us informed & working so hard on our behalf to get the word out there!! Now the rest of us need to spread that word as best we can. In addition to Pauly- Julie, Bob Mitchell & Jeff have been trying to fix this mess (been mistreated temendously in the process) & need all our help if Templeton is ever to survive as a township & not come under receivership of the State!! Don't forget to vote the right one in & the BAD one out in May... Pauly, this Templeton Watch has been a godsend.

  4. In my opinion it has been the policy of team skelton to use the legal system to intimidate anyone in town who opposes their alleged latest scam. No one wants to be financially ruined. It is possible that Leonard Kopelman knows this to be true and may have found the perfect partner in crime with team skelton. Using lawsuits or the threat of a lawsuit can limit the amount of people who might want improve their town by running for political office. People love the idea of winning the lottery not losing their life savings.

    2. the firm for carol skelton is most likely Len Kopelman and his pit bull Stephen Rahavy, rahavy was attorney of record back in october 11, 2011 and Rahavy fills in for Len when there is a conflict of interest (with a laugh)Len is talking with boob columbus at his home in otter river and bob goes to visit the skeltons alot so you make a guess, that is my opinion on things anywho, dat be mah conspirasee for dis here case, check who got grandson nate outta da fix at ole narragansett, laugh too, cause da fix was in with jerry an Len on the job, paid no doubt by taxpayers of Templeton, who say de ain't no free lunch

    4. checkn000 Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten is the firm representing the town per our insurance MIIA, selectmen can either run with them or try an oposing opinion from say Len Kopelman, but ya wanna wager ole Len has looked that document over for a certain someone, at taxpayer expense of course

    5. Ooops! Hmmmmm. This gets so convoluting messy.
Do you think the clan will try to get that certain someone back in after all this? Maybe you can't answer, but, I cannot imagine that situation playing out AGAIN. Hostility is rampant.....WHY would anyone WANT to come back. But, "people who dwell within themselves cannot view the outside".
      checkn000 says!

    1. It is just something, when these people really think that they have the devine right to run the town,(more like trash the town). The game is still on, and things are going in our favor. All their supporters will finally get the big picture. When this is over we will have alot of work to do. We will have to rebuild all the damage the Skeltons and crew have done. No easy task! It will take years to get our finances on a even keel, and alot of adults and kids are going to suffer needlessly.Until that time we need a lot of support, So try to get as many people involved as you can, this is no easy task, but we can do it. Bev.

  6. speaking of the Skeltons, I guess we know who Chairman Bob works for and also MEMA head Rich Curtis. Skelton and Curtis were at Bob's House this AM. Guess if we have a state of emergency Rich Curtis is gonna save Gerry and Carol and Bob first! LOL!
