To all my blog followers - have you ever seen the movie "Get Pauly"? That is what the authorities are trying to do to me in Templeton, for exposing wrongdoings. Now look at your new Board of Selectmen. Now I know how Nelson Mandela must have felt. and this is my opinion.
This is my opinion! Pauly I wish you could find a better way to get your point across. You need to rethink your presentation skills. I think you are a very smart man with a lot to say but nobody wants to listen because of the way it's being presented. I follow your blog and agree for (the most part) with your points of view but do not agree with the name calling the alleged threats or your way of presenting the facts. Thanks for all your hard work trying to keep the politicians honest and in trying to protect the town of Templeton.
ReplyDeleteThis is my opinion Pauly. If someone wants to create a blog that is politically correct then by all means they certainly have that option. I enjoy the honesty that accompanies this blog because it is from the heart. If only those with excellent presentation skills are allowed to present their views I believe we are in for a boring time and most likely a less honest one as well.
ReplyDeleteTo Baldwin Templeton...I was not referring to this page. I am very comfortable with everything about this page. A place where anyone can say what they feel without feeling threatened. I was referring to his presentations to the FBI, the local police depatment, the newspapers, town meetings etc. My opinion...I would hope "the powers that be" would be more receptive if his presentations of the facts were more mild mannered! Just my thoughts no insult intended. I only wish that somehow, someone would listen to Pauly maybe help with his investigations and reporting of wrong doings in town. He needs to be listened to.
ReplyDeleteI have been a reader of Pauly`s blog and the other Templeton residents blogs for quite a few months now. And being a long, long resident of Templeton and also active in town politics, and I would like to think, a friend of Pauly Sr. I have witnessed wrong doings in town business and politics over the recent years and decided to finaly post a comment.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, one thing that comes to mind over the craziness of the past few months is the fact that, (maybe unbeknown to a lot of people), Pauly`s past and present battle with throat cancer has left his voice impared, barely audible, raspy, garbled, etc. and unfortunatlly I can understand to some one on the other end of a phone conversation, who dosen`t know Pauly, it might sound intimidating, strange and difinately raise concerns. I do believe, however, he has to stop refering to past violent disasters to put his point accross. In this day and age you can`t do that without raising concerns. I also believe that one learns from his mistakes and can proceed forward with more knowledge and understanding. You must never give up your beliefs and goals. It is my belief, in time, missleading wrongdoers always destroys themselfs.
All in all, Pauly, we need people like you and your blog and also other blogs, to keep townspeople informed and on the front line of town politics. Knowing you, I`m sure you can dust yourself off and proceed in the right direction.
Keep up the Quest and good work.
I believe someone, somewhere, someplace, will hear you and other residents in this battered Town of Templeton and start listening and investigate our concers.

Dear Sevey I have to relate to past violent disasters, I even go back as far a Dec 7 1941 sneak attach on Pearl Harbor. How many people now in 2012 in Templeton remember what happened Dec 7 1941? if people are not reminded about past disasters and I'm talking about all past disasters That will pevent that from happening again (sneak attacks) I welcome any help with the wrong doings in Templeton. Especially helping me get an investigation underway that is being stopped by Chairman Robert Columbus with no honest explanation, up to Friday Mar 2nd. Now come to my aid Sevey I need people like you to help me, no go again me because of my words. Pauly

When Julie was chairman good things started happening like my request for the dismissal of the town coordinator. Then Recall Recall Recall by only a few, How come? Now it seems to – and this is not the way life should be in this country. In my opinion I am being told to shut up indirectly by the authorities. Think about what is happening in the middle east to all those innocent people.
