My Name is Paul H Cosentino. I started this Blog in 2011 because of what I believe to be wrongdoings in town government. This Blog is to keep the citizens of Templeton informed. It is also for the citizens of Templeton to post their comments and concerns.

selectmens meeting
Lets all meet at the selectmens meeting wednesday nite at 6pm at 690 patriots rd - when that meeting is over we'll go to the advisory board meeting at the nms cafeteria.
I find it interesting that the advisory board and the BOS are at the same time. Are they trying to deter taxpayers from attending both of the meetings and if so, why? the agenda is always subject to change, so perhaps they will be asking the advisory board for funds again? i think 1/2 should go to each meeting that way there will be taxpayers at both meetings to represent the town taxpayers. if everyone attends BOS and then drives to the school, the agenda item that they want on the advisory board will be the first agenda item. A building committee too on the same night? something isn't right about this, in my opinion. everyone should attend the building committee meeting!
Good points, and while at that building committee meeting, can someone ask about the $1,000 refund check from Eastern Gas (for the propane tank that was removed) that went to J. Skelton's attention? Did that go back into town account?
Olive - Jerry accused me of writing about the propane. For the record the money from the propane was returned to the treasurer. He had some check numbers, but I didn't write them down. I guess you could check with the treasurer. I think the total amount was $1,136.00 but God forbid - don't quote me!
Municipal Building Committee meeting at 5:30 at Patriots Road. Come watch the discussion of the bids before the 6:00 BOS meeting.
