What the heck is anyone going to do with a Worcester water meter? Breaking into houses to steal water pipe is really bad. I hope it gets so that no one will give these guys any money for this stuff. That is the only way to stop it. Or call the cops when they show up. This kind of thing hurts too many people. I hope Scrappy is banned from every recycling facility in the area.
