Chairman Stewart will get a backbone and vote what is best for the TOWN
Pat Mullins will find another breakfast partner.
Ginny W will get advise from somewhere other than Echo Hill
Woo Boy - I need all you bloggers help on these.
John Driscoll will get the gist of "open meeting" and "public information"
All past due taxpayers will pay their accounts in full.
The Water Dept will start working with the Sewer Dept...
Ok folk now its time for all your thoughts and comments - come on
Remember - these are my opinions hee-hee-hee

Citizens4Tempelton was born! More people are involved and aware of issues in local government than ever before.
ReplyDeleteThank you Pauly's blog for allowing people to voice their concerns about Templeton in is public forum! A very Happy New Year to you!
Reflections-
DeleteThe voters of Templeton approved the DOR Report.
The Voters approved Article 8.
The Voters rid themselves of K&P. Hired Atty.DesRensis.
Paulys Templeton Watch became the first blog dealing with town problems in the history of the town. It replaces the local news papers. The blog gives the people of the town a way to voice their opinions and opens political dialogue.
Resolutions-
The Advisory Board has already put into place some of the recommendations of the DOR Report. The Select Board needs to work with the Light Commissioners to have a PILOT in place asap.
The Personnel Board will set standards and fair job descriptions for all of the workers in the Town of Templeton.
Due to accepting Article 8, the towns people will finally have answers from the Atty. Generals Office, to questions that have lingered for many years. Did the people that they voted in to office to represent them, and paid to protect them, do their best to protect the town financially, or did they work to benefit them selves?
These are a few things that I feel are worth remembering. These changes will do good for now and the future, and I think we should be very proud of what we have accomplished. When the next year is over I hope the town is in better shape. Bev.
