February Light & Water Meeting
February 6, 2013

The next meeting of TMLWP is scheduled for February 6, 2013. The agendas for both meetings are not posted to the town website. The Water meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and includes Old Business – FY 12 Water audit. New Business includes: Back Bay Updates; Baldwinville Road Reconstruction project; Templeton BOH regulations and customer comments & questions.

The Light department agenda under Old Business includes: Templeton Wind turbine Cost Certification; TMLWP website; Recloser bid opening.

Can it be true? Will there actually be discussion of the Templeton Wind Turbine Cost Certification? How many years has it taken to complete the turbine cost certification? How much did this certification cost? Is this any way to run a business? Is it possible that the new TMLWP website will be revealed? Gosh golly this is exciting news!

New Business – Templeton Wind Turbine maintenance; Baldwinville Rd Reconstruction project; Gardner Airport Commission and Customer comments & questions.

Oh yeah. Almost forgot. “The Light commission shall be voting on whether or not to go into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A section 21(a) subsection (3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation and the Light Commission believes that an Open Session would have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body.” Some one should ask which reason – collective bargaining or litigation.

Hope to see you there!

    1. The Echo Hill gang, O'Brien, Heaney, GS and Linda were meeting at Bubba's house on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 maybe to strategize for the Light and Water meeting. Don't forget Driscoll let Bubba go behind closed doors at their last meeting.

  4. May need to move to a larger room for the meeting... Wonder what contribution O'brien had to make. Maybe they're planning a fundraiser to pay for his ethics violation.

What the hell are all these executive sessions for ?

    Top secret ...

  6. Sean Hamilton and his 2010 report are empty of the financials like the other reports are listed. Previously listed different makes it harder to see the coverups, I'm getting closer and closer! Thank JD I knew you were going to help some way.

  7. It is strange that our town is the only Municipal Light Company, in our area that does not have its own web site!! Can you imagine that!! Oh, I think I know why!! They would have to put some information on it. Now we know they don't want to do that. Bev.

  8. Is it so hard to post the meeting on town web site? Commissioners should keep an eye out for the customers and if they havent, wont, dont, cant then we need to dump them. If the control was in the hands of the Town of Templeton we would get it posted for sure. Also formulate a pilot formula, "whala"
Templeton needs control to get out of this mess we were put in by the previous select board.
