This is the amount collected by the Templeton Board of Health, the so called cash cow as referenced in an article in The Gardner News. This is from the Templeton annual Town report that you can view online from the Templeton Town web site. From what is reported in this official report to the taxpayers, it looks like about $25,000.00 was generated by the Board of Health so you make the call if Phil Leger is worth $60,000.00 plus per year. You voted for em so you live with em. You can make a motion to amend the motion at town meeting which must be presented to moderator, whomever that may be and it needs to be in writing, no special form required.

All fees received are submitted to the Town’s General Fund from permits issued and inspection fees charged: $20,190.00
