Let the selectmen know how you feel.........even if they do not listen


At a selectmen meeting this year, an advisory board member made a point about the budget process to the BOS and that member was told selectmen that they were the check n balance because they are elected, so let them know how you feel, one way or another. Take a drive down your road and ask yourself if you think it has been properly maintained. Would you rather a contractor grind and repave your road or would you want highway to have a new toy? Do you think highway should buy an excavator that does not seem to be used much or do you think they should buy a truck which seem to be driven about every work day of the highway dept. all year long? Remember it is your money and just because it comes from chapter 90 does not mean it is free!


Work boots are Herman's, they are leather not rubber, they are steel toe and they are 5 years old and still good.
