 Vote to go into executive session & state whether the Board will reconvene in open session after the executive session has adjourned~   Per M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21.2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel. 

 AND  Per M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21.3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.  Adjourn The listing of Agenda items is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.
