Look at the parcels in Otter River on Crotty Ave and Main St.
Get the Town's Books Audited!
Get the bond rating back BEFORE incurring 50 million in new debt

"Likewise, interim Superintendent Dr. Steve Hemman said he also urges people to vote yes.
Mr. Hemman has put up a support sign, advertised in the newspaper and conducted public forums to spread the word.
He said if the school doesn’t pass, there will be a long-range plan, starting in July. But he’s concerned how long the buildings will last.
He said the discussion has been going on for too long – heading into 25 years – and it needs to be taken care of.
“People moved here 10 years ago for the new school, and they still don’t have it,” Mr. Hemman said.
“They were talking about it in 2000, and we still are. We finally got to the point where MSBA approved the grant; now, we just need the debt exclusion.”
Mr. Hemman said the grant will not come the town’s way for a while, if people don’t take advantage of it, and he said it won’t become any cheaper in the future. "
Does anyone remember the problems incurred while building the High school/Middle school?
It's not like that building project came in "on time and under budget"
Remember the kids going to MWCC because of the asbestos issue?
The High School project was a NRSD project and had higher reimbursement.
There will be issues with the Templeton Center site because it is TOO SMALL!
The taxpayers in Templeton will be stuck with those cost overruns.
Those cost overruns will not be reimbursed by MSBA. The total amount from MSBA will be :
"The Massachusetts School Building Authority will contribute 63.11 percent of eligible costs toward the project, for a total grant of up to $22.9 million."
Why don't we get told "when" we could see a MSBA deal if we vote no for this project.

The key word is while.
Are we being told what they want us to hear or are we being told what we need to hear to pass this project?
A strong town is the backbone of a education dept. Without a financial backbone or bond rate we are not a strong town. To think we can afford the project without a bond rate would be a uneducated thought.
I just don't think we as a town can afford to think we can at this time.
This is a gamble and the dealer of this card game is in charge.
We can do this project better and we should!
It was nice to see so many "VOTE NO" signs being held by voters in front of the school. I hope templeton isn't foolish enough to approve this major mess.
