How to Balance the books with a Negative Number
From Town Administrator report 9/22/16:
This note was included in the Town Administrator Report from September 22, 2016 at the end of the draft warrant for the October 20, 2016 STM .
Why would the DOR allow a negative number be used to balance out the FY 15 Schedule A? Has a negative number been used for the FY 16 Schedule A?
