Master Plan**
Master Plan Meeting is on Tuesday - so to quote Bob M "Why create a master plan and then do the exact opposite? Why create a historic district in Templeton Center and Baldwinville when the new elementary school will destroy the "quaintness' of Templeton Center?
ReplyDeleteWhy was the most historic church torn down in Baldwinville and replaced with a very historic Dunkin Donuts?
How about the elephant in the room? What about American Tissue properties in Baldwinville?
Oh yeah, the Police Station will restore the "quaintness" to Templeton Center except you won't be able to see it because of the gigantic elementary school.
CPC is another committee to watch carefully. Just because a project is put forth doesn't mean it should be funded. "Crop lands" at the Fernald school bears watching. Would the town be responsible for plowing the roads at TDC if this proposal passes at the annual Town Meeting? Didn't the town vote to make sure those roads at TDC were NOT accepted town roads so we didn't have to plow them?
The more things change,the more they stay the same! Keep pushing those papers
