It is my understanding that town meeting does not belong to the Selectmen but to the town meeting body headed by the Advisory Board and the Moderator. Any government needs checks and balances or you end up with situations where the State terrorizes the people like what happened on 9/11/01. That's right in my opinion 9/11 was an inside job done by the Corporate United States led by the neocons. If we let other people do our thinking for us we may not like the outcome. In my opinion new leadership is needed at the Selectmens's office as once again the tax payers have been left out of the loop.
