  2. Morning Julie,

This is a very scathing rebuke Julie. I just dont feel the slightest bit uncomfortable about it. This is who I was and although they are very crass and obscene it would also reflect a young man who lacked a direction and focus in life. Ask anyone I went to school with and they will tell you that I was not model citizen. I had great disdain for authority and the educational systems. I went to underage drinking parties, I spent time in in-house for being a trouble maker. I worked at a pizza place, the red apple farm, five guys, and eventually a chemical plant. I wasn't destined for great things. However, I frequently look back on these years myself and cannot thank my friends, family, and educators for helping steer me onto a path of success for I would've fallen behind and continued on that cold beat path of unforgivable behavior.

The interesting thing about young adults is who were in high school should rarely define the individual years maybe even months after they graduate. Maturity tends to strike people at different ages. These posts cannot disappear and serve as a constant reminder to me of who I was and how far I've come. That facebook account is something I regularly look back at myself and it gives me great pleasure to know that I have changed.

This all happened around 2011 right when you were recalled for a different kind of behavior. I owned my behavior, made a change, and have since made out for the better. I see you can't teach an old dog new tricks in your case.

    Thank you again Julie

    Your selectman,
    Cameron Fortes

  4. The Scorpion and the Frog

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the
scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The
frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion
says, "Because if I do, I will die too."

The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream,
the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of
paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown,
but has just enough time to gasp "Why?"

Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature..."

    1. Don't feel that way. My grandmother had a saying I have used once or twice, and I think it fits here. "You can't put a old head on young shoulders." Bev.
