4. What COULD this mean?
-Enough money for a new Templeton Police cruiser and Highway Department one-ton truck on a regular basis. (Lease is in the fine print)
Operative word here is "COULD".
Raise your hand, if you think any money raised by a proposed meal tax will be used for the stated purposes!
