This is a blank check ! Who in their right mind would give anyone a blank check,especially when we have so much debt already ? This is the very worse Town Meeting warrant I have ever seen. Support the people who watch out for you ! That is the Advisory Committee ! The Advisory Committee is by statute an independent group that watched out for your pocket book, not a go along, to get along group, as Mr. Caplis wants.
