Please remember the August tax payment and November tax payment are ESTIMATES based on last year's tax assessment ( FY 2019). For the town, the new tax year begins July 1st.
IF the tax rate is set by December, the official tax rate for FY 2020 will be sent out in December, usually around Christmas...Ho, Ho, Ho!
