When is a Bylaw a bylaw?
Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...
After the November 4th BOH meeting:
where the BOH members voted by a formal motion to NOT recommend the Erving Sludge Farm on Gavin Rd, I decided to follow up on the "legal opinion" regarding our town bylaw Article XXIII - Use of Sanitary landfill.
"Legal Opinion" is in fact a letter detailing a conversation about said bylaw. See below:
I decided to contact the Town Clerk to locate the bylaw within the new codification system:

Hi Julie,
That by-law was repealed at the time of adoption of the codification.

I have tried to locate Bylaw Article XXIII- Use of Sanitary Landfill in the new codification documents that are posted online.
I am unable to find this bylaw in the new codification system. I recall seeing a copy of the new codification online that included a Solid Waste section, which is what I believe we voted for at the May Annual Town Meeting.
Could you please provide me with a direct link to this bylaw in the new codification system?
