    This photo appears to show Unions soldiers appearing to charge an American walking through streets of burning buildings carrying a universal sign of distress! Or is it because the citizen is Black?

    Please watch what you post as promoting racial tension is not ideal.

  3. Bob + 20+ what i saw when i looked at the link was the old style civil war and on the right the contrast of the new civil war as the caption said. But that's what we call opinions in a free democracy so you and the + get one too! The picture is a then and now approach to compare. Not sure i could tell its' a black person behind the flag. Did you just assume it bob?
    The news and opinions of today are subject to the readers opinions.
