  1. YOU KNOW HOW I SAY " IT ALL COMES OUT IN THE WASH!" WELL, IT'S ON THE FIRST CYCLE, NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SPIN CYCLE. ANOTHER ONE OF JS COSTLY PROJECTS. TIME FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SITTING BACK, OR SUPPORTING THIS "KNOW IT ALL, JUST ASK HIM", AND TAKE A REALITY CHECK. WHO IS GOING TO "CAUGH UP" THE MONEY WE OWE TO THE USDA? WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING TO COME FROM TO PAY THE TWENTYFIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS WE HAVE TO PAY A YEAR, JUST TO HAVE THE 1.9 MIL. WE NEVER ASKED FOR. OH GEE WIZ. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN, IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE THE DEVINE RIGHT TO RUN OUR TOWN, BECAUSE THEY KNOW BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE WHAT WE NEED. IT HAPPENS WHEN THE PEOPLE ON THE ADVISORY BOARD DON'T KNOW THE RULES, AND GET CONNED INTO GIVING THE BOS ALL THE MONEY THEY WANT. IT DOES NOT HELP THE CHAIRMAN IS A KID, AND IF HE HAD INFORMATION HE DID NOT SHARE IT WITH THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BOARD. THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE PISSED OFF. THERE IS SO MUCH WRONG DOING WITH THIS BUNCH IT MAKES ME SICK. TIME FOR THE PEOPLE TO GET A GRIP ON REALITY. DON'T TELL ME HOW NICE MS.S IS. NICE PEOPLE DO NOT SUE THEIR TOWN OH YAH,
NOT ONCE, TRY TWICE. NICE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEIR FRIENDS, BY LYING TO THEM. THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T BELIEVE ME, PAULY, JULIE,JEFF AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COME TO THE MEETINGS, JUST WAIT. OH YES. THIS IS AS GOOD A TIME AS ANY...THANK YOU, TO ALL OF YOU THAT FOLLOW THE BLOG, AND COME TO THE MEETINGS. IT MEANS ALOT TO HAVE YOUR SUPPORT, AND TO KNOW YOU STAND FOR YOUR RIGHT TO BE HEARD. PEOPLE HAVE DIED SO WE COULD DO THAT. BEV
    YAH, TWICE !

    1. As I said before you are right in everything you say, Bev! We do NOT need any New Bldgs. right now. ET school would work just fine for town offices, plenty of parking, easy access & we already own it. Have someone in town who is a contractor do any reconstruction or remodeling & also hire a local who is looking for a job do the maintainence. That would cost a heck of a lot less than building all these new "shrines". It is very easy to spend someone else's money especially when you have Not actually earned it.... You're also right that CS is not so nice as she pretends to be. In my observations & opinion, She smiles at you & has a knife ready for you as you walk away if you don't agree with everything she & her gang want. They are bankrupting this town at breakneck speed now that they are nearing the end of their careers & also because they feel they have "been wronged again" (oh, boohoo). I believe this is their goal to leave us Totally Bankrupt. They are putting it to us any way they can from overspending, lawsuits, ridiculous Attys fees, etc. They have got to go now if we are to survive as our own township!! How did we let them get away with so much for so long. Now they have such a stronghold but I believe their arrogance & greed will finally be their downfall. How can anyone be so selfish when they KNOW that the town is falling apart & yet they continue to put us into these unrealistic 40 year USDA loans that we can never pay back. What does everybody think is going to happen when there are no more taxpayers left to foot the bills? It's going that way. More & more people are losing their jobs, homes, will to stay on here, & we are seeing those few make horrendous decisions that drive us further & further into insolvency. Also, the selfishness of CS, feeling that at 72 she was more important than this nice young man Mr. Ritter, who was just in the early part of his career. She is NOT a nice person to have taken his job away. She had her time & got plenty of money doing it, even when she was doing it incompetently. She & hers are all set but no, they just had to get MORE for themselves. I believe that there is more to her getting back there than just the job. At 72 with a good retirement plan along with hubby's she didn't Need to go back to work. What are they trying to cover up or finish doing (finish us off)? I think there is still more under that Iceberg that warrants outside scrutiny. How they have pulled their rip off scams for so long is beyond me. I guess their political, legal & who knows what other connections run very deep!! Like I said we Need Julie Farrell elected May 7th to bring an end to this Madness!! Also, I repeat keep those great blogs & views from the hill coming, Bev. They are fabulous & right on!! Again, all my blogs are my opinions!!

    2. This project should have been overseen by Kopelman and Paige Attorneys no wonder they wanted back in so badly. This mess should go back to the original owner of record prior to the town gaining possession and K&P should be on the hook for alleged corruption. If the 21E comes back showing contamination who will pick up the bill? This whole project smells like another team Skelton/K&P scam. Welcome to Templeton Politics people.

  2. I am confused about this blog by Julie. Can someone please clarify things for me? “Balance to complete project $1,068,700” – Does this mean that $1.068,700 needs to be raised ON TOP OF the USDA loan of 1.9 million to complete the 252 bld. project? Yes or No?

Does this mean that, as the project has been designed, it will cost nearly $3,000,000.00 to complete? Is this what the bids said?

    1. Yes Phil, The cost is $1,068,700 over and above the projected amount. Add loan amount of $1,900,000. Now add the $400,000+ they spent to buy the building and the $400,000 prop 2 1/2 over ride they wanted and the 157,000 in the Pajari Fund they wanted. The total for the whole project is well over three million. Sorry, no go on that project.

  3. Phil -
You are not confused. $1,068,700 is in ADDITION to the $1.9 million for a total of over 3 MILLION. This is the lowest BID!

  4. So now can any taxpayer go place a For Sale sign in front of that building, OR could it be used as a Printing Press location for a new Newspaper that will print all sides to every story.
