  2. Againn, just put people down, do not give us anything constructive, just more of the same noise coming from those that are afraid. I don't think you were laughing, I think you are trying not to show how scared you really are that the party is almost over. You know that the majority of the town has had ENOUGH of the old whacky, lying, cheating, pandering, irresponsible, SELFISH ways. New Blood NOW! Go Dava Go!

  3. Agreed! It IS our business! Keep those legal bills from your expensive law firms coming.

Any oversight of the manager at Light & Water? Just another oversight?

  4. This is the first time I've cared about the race for light commissioner and the first time I'm excited to vote for someone in it. Dave Smart has proven he cares about the whole town when it comes to overseeing the light company and that is the kind of representative we really need at this time. The more that opponents bash Dave, the more I want him to win because their snotty comments just proves they're nervous about what will happen if he does win. We need new eyes and ears overseeing the operations with so many questions hanging over the dept. When the wind turbine sh** hits the fan, we need someone that will tell us the truth about it and not someone who's been there for years and years who will be more concerned about saving face and protecting the good ole boy network. Thank you Dave for all your hard work so far and thank you for running.

  5. Mr. Skelton still runs the light and water department from atop his John Deere. It will be good to see someone like Dave Smart in control who does not cower to Mr. Skelton. Finally someone who does not have to wear kneepads in the presence of Big Gerry.

  7. More oversight for the General only cost us 3642.50 this time.
2 lawyer items for only 3642.50
    1. Research and draft memorandum re:light plant funds and PILOT issues. When did we purchase a plane to need a pilot?
    2. Research and draft memorandum re:Light plant funds and whether light"plan"is obligated to pay a pilot to town of Templeton. What plan did "he" have them research for $1,803.
$364.25 per hour? No wonder the our linemen are underpaid.
JD I think you've stepped in it again.Don't you learn?

  9. Wow what a wackjob of an investment they bought us into A5:40+ A7:22+A11:25. The more i dig up on the wind thing the more i realize why it got there in the first place. It was all about the money and ain't it always that way. ENOUGH "IS" ENOUGH. The cost Audit won't be told and the repair bill we can't afford! How much is ENOUGH 14%?
ENOUGH"IS"ENOUGH. I read that somewhere and the person that asked me what it meant was told to never go back to the old guards of Templeton and the need to get new people in office has never been more important than "now"!
ALL offices are in need of new blood and can only be harmed if the ENOUGH"IS"ENOUGH is given a chance to further their agenda! OUT with the old and in with the new!
Did i mention dropping the light connissioners stipend to show leadership to the rest of Templeton Departments? Thats "good" Business practice "not shown" by the L+W commission.
A 14% pay increase is a wackjob of it's own.We don't need to pay a stipend for the wackjob being done to us all. Vote Smart and keep Templeton on the correct path. The new is ENOUGH for Templeton's needs!
