This shows the thinking was not always on 10 wheelers at highway and these questions passed at town meeting but failed here so there is a demonstrated need for a demonstration of need and to gain trust of taxpayers for spending articles to pass.
This has been a ongoing problem for the town for many many years. I do not believe trust has a thing to do with it. Sitting in Town Meeting people can feel their money slipping away, and they do not like that feeling. You can't have your cake, and eat it too. Bev.
ReplyDeleteI should have added "in a poling place" as well as at Town Meeting, people can feel their money slipping away. Bev.
