proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay the Town’s

allocable share of the bond issued by the Narragansett Regional School District

for the purpose of paying costs of replacing roofs at the High School/Middle

School Complex, including the payment of all other costs incidental and related

thereto?

This shows the thinking was not always on 10 wheelers at highway and these questions passed at town meeting but failed here so there is a demonstrated need for a demonstration of need and to gain trust of taxpayers for spending articles to pass.

  1. This has been a ongoing problem for the town for many many years. I do not believe trust has a thing to do with it. Sitting in Town Meeting people can feel their money slipping away, and they do not like that feeling. You can't have your cake, and eat it too. Bev.
