Winter is Coming

Winter is Coming

All,

As promised attached are our latest snowfall maps.

Keep in mind this snow event is still 48+ hours out, so these snow maps will change at least slightly if not noticeably before the event occurs
If the storm tracks closer to the coast and is stronger the area of heaviest snow will shift west along with the rain-snow line, resulting in less snow across southeast MA
Conversely if the storm is weaker and tracks a bit farther offshore the area of heaviest snow will shift east along with the rain-snow line
Keep in mind these snow maps are intended to communicate more than one forecast scenario given the forecast time range (48+ hours)
Another update will follow either early Friday morning or afternoon.

Frank Nocera
