We forgot a a Thank you on the list of fund raisers
THANK YOU VALLEY FLORIST
We also should have mentioned them in the "shop local" blog we had. Sue loves Valley Florist because she can just pick up the phone and tell them what she wants and who it's going to and they do it beautifully!
And we hope that everyone out there patronizes the local businesses that supported us in the fundraiser!
SHOP LOCAL AND SUPPORT OUR TOWN!
Every vegetable plant I've bought from them has done great. I love visiting Valley Florist!
ReplyDeleteA very special thank you to Sue Byrne for her instrumental role in making the Fontaine Family Fundraiser event happen. There are a lot of people (Beverly, Springs, Kaspers,Birds,Farrells, Morrisons, Laprises etc.) who are willing to work hard and contribute, but Sue is really the glue that holds everything and everyone together. She's one of the hardest working people I know, and her dedication to this town and its people makes me proud to have her on the payroll.
ReplyDeleteAmen to that!

As a small business owner, I know how hard it can be, to give a donation to every one that comes looking for something. A good business finds a way to do their best. That is what we have done and so has Valley Florist. It is so important to support your local businesses. Sometimes it may cost a little more, but I can tell you the quality will be much better. Dce is right about Sue. Sue has so much knowledge about her job and her town. Sue. is a super lady. We are very lucky to have her as a member of Citizens4Templeton, and as the Assessor for the Town of Templeton. My opinion, Bev.
DeleteI agree with DCE and Bev. Sue has done so much to help everyone in this town and she sure deserves a cheer! If you watch the videos of the BOS meetings she always know all the details and facts. And she was a HUGE part of making the Fontaine Fundraiser a successful event. She has one of the biggest hearts in town!
