When did these storm drains disappear and where was Scrappy?
ReplyDeleteNow days, what does a crook do with things like this if every salvage yard on the face of the earth gets notified of their theft? How do you take these things? You can't hide them under your shirt. Being a thief can not be easy in the computer age, especially if every one looks at you when something is missing. What is that old saying," what you do comes back to you." Isn't that the truth! My opinion, Bev.
DeleteWhat's a worse punishment: admitting fault, going to jail and then moving forward trying to be a good person or living the rest of your life with everyone looking in your direction everytime something is stolen? As hard as the first choice may be, I'd choose that because in the long run, its a better quality of life. The second choice will eat at you bit by bit and ruin the rest of your life. Scrappy can make one attempt at redeeming his name by resigning from the BOS. I would give him a little respect for doing that. But I don't think GS or LK will let him. It just goes to show, you need to teach your kids to have a good judge of character when picking your friends. Because making the wrong choice can ruin your life.
