FY 2010 - $11.75 per $1000.00

FY 2011 - $12.55 per $1000.00

FY 2012 - $14.60 per $1000.00

FY 2013 - $14.12 per $1000.00

FY 2014 - $16.24 per $1000.00

FY 2015 - $16.64 per $1000.00
