Dear
__________
I write with regard to the
matter of potential COVID-19 injections and my desire to be fully informed of
all of the facts before moving forward. Please provide in writing the following
information in accordance with statutory legal requirements:
1. The
legal status of each of the COVID-19 injections. Have they been approved and licensed
by the FDA, or have they only been authorized for emergency use and are
therefore not fully tested?
2. Details
and assurances that each vaccine has been fully, independently, and rigorously
tested against control groups, and the subsequent outcomes of those tests.
3. A
complete list of the ingredients of the injection you would like me to receive
along with all contraindications, warnings, precautions, and potential allergic
and adverse reactions listed on the manufacturer's product insert.
4. A complete
list of all of the adverse reactions associated with these COVID-19 injections
from their introduction to date, as reported by the CDC's Vaccine Adverse Event
Reporting System (VAERS). This should include data released 7/23/21 by the CDC
showing a total of 491,218 reports of adverse events from all age groups
following injection, including 11,405 deaths and 48,385 serious injuries.
5. Confirmation
that the injection you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering
therapy.
6. The
specific risk of fatality should I contract Covid-19 and the likelihood of
recovery. Can you confirm that it is correct that the averaged COVID-19
survival rate across all age groups is 98.23 percent, and that in children the
survival rate is even higher — 99.985 percent — calling into question the need
for widespread COVID vaccination?
