I do believe every parent has the right to know who lives in their neighborhood, if their children could be in danger. Why these men are not up at the Templeton Developmental Center, is beyond me. The reason Pauly's blog exists is to inform the people of this town of anything that will impact their lives and well being.

What is beyond me is that there is a Day Care center at the brow and there is a therapeutic horse program on the grounds of TDC which provides services to young children!
