Paying Your Light and Water Bills Online
Finally, you can pay all of your town bills online in Templeton.
Go to the Templeton Municipal Light and Water Plant website.
At the bottom of that web page there is a link to UNIPAY:
Once you click on Unipay :
You select which bill you want to pay, light or water. You will need your bill to enter in the customer account information. It works the same way as paying your town real estate, excise tax or sewer bills.

It works! I just paid my light bill. It displays the discount amount if you pay early.
