Town Clerk Relocation
The vault for the Town Clerk has been completed at the new Town Hall (160 Patriots Road), and Town Clerk Carol Harris has relocated.
The question of what to do with the former Town Clerk office at #4 Elm Street is on the Selectmen's agenda for their September 14 meeting.
There is significant contamination of the parcel from when it was used as the Highway Garage, so the best option may well be to tear the buildings down and create a small park with access to the Otter River.
