Sections of Route 2 and ramps from Devens will be closed for night construction in the next week.
Monday, Aug. 15. 9 p.m. to Tuesday, Aug. 16, 5 a.m. -- Route 2 east will be closed between exits 37, Jackson Road, and exit 38, Routes 110/111. Traffic will be diverted onto Jackson Road, right on Patton Road and right on Barnum Road. 

At the Ayer rotary, the detour continues to Ayer Harvard Road, Routes 110/111, to exit 38 to get back on Route 2 east.

There will be no access to Route 2 from Jackson Road. The on-ramps will be closed in each direction. Drivers will be able to exit to Jackson Road from each direction.

Tuesday, Aug. 16, 9 p.m. to Wednesday, Aug. 17, 5 a.m. -- Route 2 west will be closed between exit 38 and exit 37. Traffic will be detoured to Route 110/111, Ayer Harvard Road north to the Ayer rotary, then will follow Barnum Road to Patten Road to Jackson Road to exit 37 onto Route 2.

The information from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation is subject to change, according to MassDevelopment.
