$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Is this the proposed corporation that was supposed to be voted on at the November Special Town Meeting? Is THIS why the selectmen are scrambling to change town counsel in the middle of the fiscal year? How many town meeting votes will be necessary to correct this boondoggle? Why were there NO informational meetings about this CORPORATION?

Click HERE for the order creating this mess.
Just a small sample of potential issues:

Oh Goody! Another town "entity" that can sue or be sued...without the citizens input on this corporation's creation. Oh, yes. It can borrow money from time to time as well.

What could possibly go wrong?
