NRSD Regional Agreement pre-K -12
It appears that if Phillipston wants to leave the district, it would need to follow the procedure above. The withdrawal would need town meeting approval of BOTH Templeton and Phillipston.
Currently the Narragansett Regional School District is structured to cover preK through grades 12; inclusive.
