Open Meeting Law Complaint filed
against the Templeton Board of Selectmen. The Templeton BOS posted an open meeting for Monday, July 27, 2015 at 6:30 PM at middle school auditorium. The selectmen were there and so were some residents. Included on thee agenda was chapter 90 (road money) and so at 6:30 PM there were the selectmen, Town Administrator, secretary Holly Young and highway supt. Bud Chase. As they chatted away, no meeting was called to order, no microphone turned on, no addressing any of the people sitting in the auditorium. This stopped as the Town Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM then the BOS went back to discussion at the end of the Town Meeting with the above mentioned parties again up on the stage, discussing whatever with no regard for any citizen who may have been interested.
