The
TMLWP has accomplished many good works for the Town of Templeton. The latest
editorial in the January 9, 2013 Gardner News gives testimony to that fact.
In
addition to this good news, the water department has won the 2011 Fluoride
Award from the Massachusetts department of Public Health.
Let’s
all participate in the celebration of this momentous occasion by attending the Light and Water
meeting tonight at 6:00 p.m.
Hope
to see you there.

The Templeton Light and Power Department? How may times is their name going to change. I thought it was - The Templeton MUNICIPAL Light and Water Plant. Great praise Gail, but wrong name.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone think that this editorial letter was sent just because she was grateful, or was this letter suggested to her to send (marching orders)?
Also this "award" seems way more like propaganda than anything else. Maybe C4T needs to come up with their own awards. Any suggestions?
Gotta be a MAJOR award...like a leg lamp.
ReplyDeleteFra - gee- lay!
I do have to admit, the Templeton Municipal Light helped Gail a lot. They put all the 250 banners for her. That was a job that took some time. Of course the guys were not off the clock, so someone paid for it. I wonder where the money came from?? Hee Hee Bev
Deletean award for poisoning the people of Templeton...how great is that !
ReplyDeleteWhat's a leg lamp?
ReplyDeleteThey are selling one at the antique store in bald.
ReplyDeleteI think the leg lamp is a reference to a movie "A Christmas Story". Don't know why A 902 felt it was related.
