In my opinion all the problems in Templeton started with the people that twist words to fit their lips, and only their lips. This is legal, that is legal, K&P says - in their opinion it's legal. And on and on and on. And Mass General law number this and Mass General law number that, but none of those people  stating the law had one paper on hand to back up their big mouths, except Jeff Bennett and Julie Farrell. And you VW shake your head in disbelief and you Mullins (scrappy) hide your head in shame and you Columbus sit there like a king that just got stepped on by the court jester.

So I thought we could start with the selectmen. So here are my questions, I think that others may have similar questions or other questions. So I am asking you to put this on your blog and any out there can add a question.

To Patrick Mullins, Selectmen: are you embarrassed for what you did in Winchendon? Do you think you are above the law? Have you taken the ethics test? Did you take it in Winchendon?

     Templeton residents who believe that they are being served by the mainstream media in regards to accurate reporting may wish to revisit events on April 19 1995 in the State of Oklahoma.  It was on this date Timothy McVeigh was alleged to have taken down the Alfred P. Murray Building with a truck bomb composed of ammonium nitrate and fuel.  Few people know that at least three other bombs were involved that day in what to that time was the largest terrorist event on American soil.  Six years later 9/11 and the alleged controlled demolition of WTC I, WTC2 and Building Seven would eclipse Oklahoma City for that dubious title.

I attempted to put this ad (see below)  in the Gardner News today for Friday’s newspaper. (A newspaper that now costs $.75 per issue, or a 25% increase in price for these economic times--no improvement in content however.) Do I detect MONOPLY.  

The girl at the advertising desk asked me what the ad was for and what is my name.  The objective of the ad was to get additional concerned citizens to read Pauly’s Blog and ultimately get the “hits” to exceed 200,000.  She then took the ad to someone else for review and I was informed that they could not publish it without the approval of the publisher. I do not know if it is the content of the ad or the subject. I informed the girl that I would not be back.

Just a Note on Voting today

Just a reminder to vote today polls are open 11-7. It was asked by someone in town why it wasn't posted in town sooner than today to remind people. It was also brought up at the Advisory Board meeting and Charlies "Round Table" why it is not stated that the school vote is an over ride. VW made the comment the post was legal. Well as someone pointed out at the advisory Board meeting it may be legal but it does not give the taxpayers the correct information. So let me make this clear THE BALLOT QUESTION FOR THE $224,000.00 FOR THE SCHOOL IS AN OVERRIDE!!!! IT WILL SAY ON THE TAX RATE FOREVER!!!!!  Get it? The Fixing of the road article is ONE YEAR ONLY and the Truck and Loader Articles are ONE YEAR FOR A LEASE - On these we will have to vote on them again next year. 


oh and how did these articles get written - well Mr Ritter was not back yet and the person  from the town office who wrote them - just looked back at previous Ballot votes and copied the wording then sent them to K & P and K&P said they were fine. now you can't blame the office person who just copied them from previous years. But you can look at who was in control in previous years - CS-GS-BC-DO and you can ask "why didn't K & P advise that the articles be written differently  to explain it better. They had no problem rewriting all the TM articles and charging us! So VW do why don't you want the taxpayers to have the correct information when they go to the polls?

Highway Barn Blues

 In my opinion the town powers should put six dump bodies, six plows, six sanders and six drivers on 252 Baldwinville road building. And that should solve all the highway problems. Oops in one new loader. Because with the new town hall with all the bells and air horns when we get a foot of snow all we have to do is wait until it melts, right Bud? Other words don't do the important things now wait until in the middle of the winter to buy a truck or loader. By the way what is going to happen to the loader and truck we are replacing? Is it going to be put next to that fire truck outback of the highway barn? How about some answers on paper about where that junk equipment is going? Maybe it's something I could buy to offset my $150 class III junk license, hee hee. If more information was printed for the taxpayer in layman's terms, these requests might not be such a big hassle. Other words don't show a Big Ten wheel dump truck that needs to be replaced and by a little six wheel 1 ton 3 yard truck to replace it. That is if you people know what I mean. I get the drift on things as a roundabout question. Other words if you want to go to Fitchburg from Templeton would you go to Athol first, then to Greenfield, then to Petersham, then to Fitchburg? That's what I call a roundabout way. Much like the process of doing business in Templeton. I know the highway is important so why is it always last? Asked Bud Chase about the board of selectmens decision on certain requests. I mean on paper, not in some corner or out in the middle of the field, on paper-maybe he can smarten up a lot of you taxpayers on decision-making. And he-Bud, gets that heat, secrets, secrets, secrets, afraid to lose one's job, afraid to speak out, for fear of retaliation. It's slowing down, but I want it stopped and it will be stopped, right Bev? And to you Frank, I still agree and we are still working on it. In my opinion, the only difference in some elected and appointed officials and Templeton and Sandowski is the spelling, get it? This spelling! That bum took advantage of those young kids like Wilder/Mullins/Columbus did to the innocent taxpayers here in Templeton. Indirectly molested you taxpayers, right in front of the police, pretty good,huh? In fact six police watched and listened. This activity has went too far and justice will be served. Have you heard how many years that pervert Sandusky has been playing with little boys and thought he would not be punished? Does Wilder, Columbus, Mullins think our complaints are just going away.

What's next?

What's next an inground swimming pool on the common in front of the fire station? Why not? Or maybe a BMX track on 90 acres off of Dudley Road "open space". It's all "our" land right? What? No job security? How about a one-way on South Road and Wellington Road? Other words at Starfire Ave and Wellington Road would be one-way heading down to Templeton center and South Road would be one-way from Templeton center up South Road past "our" nice Templeton center school.

Since my return from my annual military training I have learned of some of the things that happened in Templeton. One was the surprise return of Jeff Ritter. Another item was a couple of meetings concerning the proposed elementary school, which may or may not have gone well. One thing that seems to have gone badly was how Bob Whalen found about the proposed taking of his home. When one considers the changes at the school building committee and the BOS office, those things may be understandable. I did stop and speak with Bob

·        In my opinion, if a person or persons from out of town is hired to do a job like the new elementary school, where does that firm or professional get all the information? It looks to me like it's obtained from the third seat on the right at the Candlelight Café. I attended a second meeting of the elementary school building committee and in my opinion that committee pushed all that heat on two people, Ruth  Miller and that guy that tried  to answer some questions on the feasibility study. We all know how long this study has been going on, but, and I say but, what has been accomplished? Years have gone by and big bucks have been spent.

In my opinion, if the school teachers stayed out of school building committee meeting, things would go a lot better. I went to one meeting and all I heard from Ms. Kozial is that-the kids this and the kids that, the kids need and the kids need. It looks to me that it's all about the teachers need and what the teachers want and how elaborate the new school must be. and the parking issue, does anyone even listen to Ruth Miller?

I ran across a candidate for President of the United States of America that I didn't know existed so I wrote a blog on him.  the blog name is Who is Bill Still?  

     Well it looks like a two man race for President of the United States this year 2012.  Both candidates seem to have corporate sponsorship and most likely will have no problem coming up with funds to catch the interest of the voting public.

In my opinion, the now board of selectmen in all honesty should turn our town over to us real people, no clones, no want-a-bes,  no conspirators, no liars, no collusion, no nepotism in most of all no bull-----. Monday night’s board of selectmen meeting was one more of the books, that Kozial person should be the leader of the "big ole band" if you know what I mean. She talked a real good show about the need for a new elementary school. She had tears coming from some eyes, but only some eyes.

In my opinion someone cloned Jeff Ritter, yes cloned Ritter, does V.W. and B.C. and P.M. have that kind of power Hoo-Boy I’ll bet they won’t clone PHC Sr, think of how much truth can be said with two PHC, Sr’s.  According to the information I got this morning Caamano is peddling some bad information about Ritter as in Templeton’s Coordinator Jeff Ritter, read the 5^th and 6^th column of Wednesday’s pg 3 of the G.N. I don’t doubt Jeff Ritter being tired, look at all the jobs that Jeff Ritter has been doing?  In the last couple of years, that almost sounds like me PHC, Sr with my 3^rd shift at the paper mill, Hee-Hee I wonder if Andres Caamano will tell us where he got that information?, or maybe he will tell Mrs Bell where he got the information, or will he be at 690 Patriots Rd looking for the people that supplied that information about Ritter, pretty good huh?  I wonder if some Templeton officials will still behoove getting accustomed to Ritter, I think the Judge is going to say – “Get used to him baby” what do you people think?  I wonder how much more sh—that bunch will try to peddle?  And please Bev – up on the hill, tell Wilder to go home and stay there, it will sound better with you saying it.  Did all you people at Monday’s Selectman’s meeting notice,

Today we are driving from Galway(on the west coast) to Bray (on the east coast) I have never seen so many cows, horses and sheep in my life. (Pauly can I get some some sheep – they’re so cute) The west coast has stone walls everywhere – no need for fences all the livestock is kept in by stone walls – they are also around everyone homes. Hey Pauly reminds me of you and I clearing your field (you driving the tractor and me picking up the rocks lol)  Gas is 1.65euro a liter. – think of the one liter soda bottles that one can buy. 1.65euro is just under 2 dollars – so in other words gas is about $9.00 a gallon. We are driving a little red Fiat (reminds me of Julie’s little red car)lol . Speed limits on the roads are 80 – 100km crazy. Difference is no one seems to eat or drink or anything else while driving. Seeing more trees as we drive east, no more stone walls. Sortof looks like Vermont rt 5. All the houses are cement/stucco.

Arrived in Bray Co Wicklow (on the east coast )– beautiful Wicklow mountains in the back ground scenery. Met up with my cousin’s son Danny(Pauly – he’s Aunt Jeanne’s Grandson)  from Dublin for dinner. Going shopping at St. Stephen’s Greene in Dublin tomorrow. So nice to be in an area where I don’t have to spell my last name. lol.

Did want to mention one thing I noticed when we were in Inishmore and the Galway area- they have big cement troughs about 4’ x 8’ with a cement area to catch the rain. They catch “rain water” to water the livestock – so much for “stormwater runoff” Have to laugh, we in Templeton have so many rules with “where the rain water goes” and here they just collect it for the animals!

Today June 8,2012 marks the forty-fifth Anniversary of the attach of the USS Liberty. This US Spy Ship was located off the coast off Israel on June 8, 1967 monitoring the war in that area when it was attacked by Israeli war planes. It is hoped that Templeton residents will take the time for a short moment of silence or short prayer to remember the lives lost that day.

Will the REAL Jeff Ritter, please stay in Templeton! 

Could the pendulum in Mr. Caamano’s editorial be swinging because of lies?  

Could there be  ANOTHER Jeff Ritter? Who may also be a town administrator? Could the “other” Jeffrey Ritter be the individual who was employed in Groton, Ayer and Bridgewater?  

Maybe in the interest of good news reporting, Mr. Caamano could request the resume of the Mr. Ritter who is employed as Town Coordinator in the Town of Templeton. Maybe he should have made the request before printing his article. Why let facts get in the way? 

Mr. Caamano may want to verify some of the statements made by Virginia Wilder about legal costs and K&P. This is last weeks budget to actual figures. As of 5/30/2012 there was $7,212.48 left in the Town Council Expenses. The bill for April’s legal services just came in at $4,289.47….By my calculation that would leave $2,923.01 for legal expenses for the rest of the year. Hmmm. I think 4 nights of Annual Town Meeting  in May would take care of that amount and more. Maybe that is why Lenny sent this message to the BOS on how to handle our last fiscal months’ legal bills. Looks to me like the switch to K&P back in February (See Click here to watch rehiring of K&P) cost Templeton in more ways than one.

I believe Virginia and BC both voted on a $14,000 settlement agreement with (our) Mr. Ritter. Then they discovered there wasn’t enough money in the town coordinator salary account to pay the salary of their “dear friend” until the end of the year. A lack of basic math skills does NOT constitute an emergency as they were informed by the Advisory Board and town meeting.

On May 1, 2012, I was a Light and Water Commissioner. As such, I attended the TMLWP meeting. As is the custom for the Light and Water Commission, the meeting is not posted on the website, only at the Town Clerk’s bulletin board on Elm St. The Commissioners do not receive a copy of the agendas before the meeting. All the materials for these meetings are received at the meeting itself.

I went to a selectmen's meeting April 9, 2012, in my opinion, that meeting was quite unusual. I heard through the grapevine that the town coordinator was going to resign sure enough there goes Mr. Ritter with a big pocket full of money $14,000 to be exact. Also as Ritter exited the room I can see that big knife in the middle of his back. It had some initials burnt into the handle BC -VW-PM. I ran outside to try to find Mr. Ritter so I could return that knife to the original owners. But he was gone. I did hear a train whistle, it sounded like it was heading east towards Harvard.

In my opinion, the phase II 21E was completed in May and an inch thick report was sent to town hall before the town meeting. I just printed a complete report off of the computer, it's about 1 inch thick. If you don't understand all those symbols and hash marks, don't be alarmed. I made a nice notebook with all the paperwork in order. I personally witnessed the testing and talk to one of the engineers/site analysis people. She, a young lady explained to me PHC Sr how the tests would be conducted.

     A special thanks goes out to Pauly’s Templeton Watch for his continued support of topics not covered in the lame stream media.  This next topic was the result of an earlier report concerning my investigation of events surrounding 9/11.  Many readers of my blog Templeton Times wrote concerning another problem that no one seemed to be interested in covering that topic “Chemtrails” will be covered in this report.

     Chemtrails is a word most of us here in Templeton have never had a thought about.  What are chemtrails?  How long have they been around?  Who is responsible for chemtrails?  Where are chemtrails found?  Why are chemtrails being used?
