Help from people

Okay all my fellow bloggers I need some help - I know Mr Ritter has an agreement that he must not say anything about Templeton or members of the BOS(3 stooges) if he wants to get his money and does not want to be blackballed - the man has a family and needs to be able to work.  So help me get a  lawsuit/criminal charges filed against Columbus, Wilder and mullins?  the employees at 690 Patriots Rd are all witnesses - they all saw the daily bullying of Jeff R by Columbus and wilder.  Did you know that Bob C has been seen going to the current place of employment of a former templeton employee that he "had a problem with here in Templeton". I am asking the employees (current and former) to come forward and tell us what you know of Mr Ritter being harrassed, bullied, having his charactor defamed, threathened with job loss, yelled at, and everything else that they did to him. If you choose write to us anonymously through the blog, email me,  call me - anytime, write me a letter. I have a lawyer available at my expense to help you. This is the cheapest thing that could happen to man or women! What is to prevent them from doing this to any of you - if they haven't done it all ready! It is a federal offense to bully - we need to stop this renegade Boob C. Thursday night!!!!!

  2. Well, it just so happens that the lovely woman who spoke at the BOS meeting Monday night, Denise Andrews, is one of the House co-sponsors of the proposed anti-bullying bill that is moving through the State House as we speak. Seeing that she is eager to help our town, witnessed in person the misconduct of the current BOS at Monday's meeting, and also has first hand knowledge of the laws pertaining to bullying in the workplace, I'm sure she would be very interested in speaking to anyone from Templeton who has witnessed or is a victim of bullying in town government. Ms. Andrews also serves on the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development which would also be a good committee to seek help. Right now, filing bullying lawsuits are difficult (if they don't include sexual harrassment). But I would guess that if you had a state official aware of your claims, it would be a heck of a lot easier--especially since this occurred in a government office and not a private company.

Here's a link to the proposed bill: http://www.malegislature.gov/Bills/187/House/H02310

  6. Denise Andrews is currently a rep that represents Franklin District. After the fall elections, the state is getting redistricted and goes into effect in Jan 2013 in which she will then represent our district. At least that is what I understand it all to be.

    2. I think the ACLU could help. It does not matter if you are a man or a woman, it is wrong for anyone to treat you badly. The" queen of mean", surely has earned her name. When I worked at Simplex a girl I knew went to the ACLU for help. They do not take any crap. Daren is right. What BC&company is doing is so wrong. I know everyone is very upset right now, so am I. We have to be carefull tomorrow night. Remember" We ARE NOT THE PROBLEM". WE HAVE DONE GOOD SO FAR. Tonights Gardner News story is the first positive article they have written since, I can't remember when. Maybe they turned on a light so they can see.
