My Name is Paul H Cosentino. I started this Blog in 2011 because of what I believe to be wrongdoings in town government. This Blog is to keep the citizens of Templeton informed. It is also for the citizens of Templeton to post their comments and concerns.
As far as Chapter 93, Acts of 2000, no where did it say,that this new relationship between these two departments gave ownership to the newly formed Light and Water commissioners. For some reason the people at this Light and Water Department, have the wrong idea. This looks to me like a poorly worded agreement. There are holes in it big enough to drive a truck through, as far as I can see. Bev.
