Tom and Luanne Royer put on a very nice candidates night. We are lucky to have people like them in this town. I said I had not fully made up my mind about the school override because I was waiting for the information that I had requested from Ms Miller. I would like to thank her for her quick response. Here is the FY 2013 Budget and here is the FY 2014 Budget Request. Hopefully this will help people to make an informed decision.

Last nigh, Tom Royer did a super job controlling the tone of the meeting. Once again Mr. Skelton blamed me for things I did not do!! Last night, I asked him when was the last time he had gone to a selectmen"s meeting? He answered, the meeting you fired my wife, or something to that effect. I did tell him "I did not fire your wife. I do not have that much power." Actually, I think I was still in Leominster, with Bart. I did not get involved with Julie and the rest of the group until later on. I could feel the anger and hate from one corner of the room.! Someone had said Enough's reason for for running the town into the ground, was for the way our past coordinator had been treated. I do believe it now. If anyone had so much concern about how the town is being run, he should have been attending meetings. At the last candidates night, he blamed me for the town loosing i.9 million dollars, in regard to 252 Bald. Rd. It seems like, nothing has changed with this man, just more of the same. We can't let him undo all we have worked for. Thank goodness we have three good people running for selectman. This is my opinion, as everything I write, Bev.
ReplyDeleteIf the lady that asked me the question of the blog entry i was tagged with can not produce her complaint,as she was telling me i made. I would request she contact me anyway and tell me she was wrong and let me know. I will be glad to let her know i don't harbor any ill will or feelings about it. If she was a plant and was out to discredit me or the blog than shame on her and the group you were sitting with.Please let yourself know you are and will continue to be used by the people that put you up to it! They have been known to do things that are like that. Please email me soon!If you don't it will make me think i'm right about this issue, I've looked and cannot find what you claimed!

ReplyDeleteYou working with lawyers should know the verify rules and not take someones word for it. You will be used as others in town have and are. I only hope for your family to get thru the problems with the school teacher you mentioned and stand up for your child and family. Don't be intimidated and follow thru with the suguestions i gave you.
I would distance myself from the people that put you up to this and only think for yourself in the future. The Hospital will have other ideas and with everything it's all about the MONEY.

Dave, I do not think that you will ever hear back from her. She and her neighbors won this round, so she probably assumes there is no need. However, her reputation as a mudslinger will live on, based solely on her actions at candidate’s night. She came at you with uncalled for venom, and unchecked facts. All of that is on her. You handled yourself well that night when wrongly attacked. When someone gets the story wrong and blasts someone else for a falsehood in public, they should step up and say publicly that they are sorry. But that would shed a bad light on the crew she was sitting with that night, so orders are probably to keep her mouth shut. Too bad for her that she didn’t double check her facts and keep it shut in the first place.
