  4. it looks like the voters got it right by not electing GS back, disappointed about GE winning, but overall, i think the town is going to continue to go on the right track. i'm sure the school will find the money again just like they do every year... that's why it didn't pass, no one trusts the superintendent - you cry wolf to many times. i know there is a teacher's union and the salaries are not something that can be cut, but they can cut administrative positions - the higher paid positions, consolidation perhaps of the middle/high school principals and or vice principals, cut the adjustment counselor at the high school. good job Pauly, i agree with Rick, you ran a great clean campaign.

    1. It is very clear that the people want a open, and honest BOS. Good job to the winners, Ken Robinson and Doug Morrison. I know you both will do a super job. Three cheers to Pauly. Pauly, we need your voice and we need you to keep the blog up and running. For many years, the blog has been the only way for the citizens to find out the truth. Maybe the local news paper will finally see the light, so everyone will know what is really going on. You ran a good race and now maybe we can finally say, Enough is ENOUGH. My opinion, Bev.

  6. It's time to move the State investigation forward and get justice for the Citizen's of Templeton. The four issues that need to be addressed all involve Mr. Skelton and public funds. Those of you who voted for this alleged crook, shame on you.

    ENOUGH said.

  8. I wonder how many votes Gerry "found" last night after the polls closed to add to his total.

  9. I would like to thank everyone for the support and votes i recieved. With 606 and franks 300+ that tells me that Templeton voters want a change at TMLWP also. Templeton voters will get the changes needed there. I will continue to work hard to uncover and bring forth the issues the people have a right to know about. Theres more than meets the eye and with a neew board of selectmen a change will follow as Virginia, scrappy and stewy won't be able to stonewall any longer!
It's a great day in Templeton!
    My opinion!!!

    1. I have said it before, and I will say it again, It will come out in the wash! You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people, all of the time. Words of wisdom, from some person, years ago, but the meaning has not changed. Our town needs to heal. The people have had enough bickering! No more back door deals! We can go forward now. We have people who will do their best, to make decisions that will move the town forward. We may disagree once in a while, but that is ok, so long as the decisions are for the good of the town. We have so very brave people in our group. They would not back down, when confronted, because they believed in the truth. We can move forward knowing the good guys won. Bev.

  10. Well I guess the coattail ploy of Team Skelton did not work in Gerry’s favor. His attempt to ride through on Kenn’s back was a clever one. I know that I am not alone in thinking that seeing Skelton signs placed in tandem with Robinson sign was a coincidence. I applaud the write in campaign by Kenn’s husband to take away votes from Gerry and prove a point that the connection was not on Kenn’s side. Bravo.

Pauly, you have won this round, even in defeat. You woke us up and showed us that we can speak up and win the bigger battle against tyranny. I just love it that you beat Gerry in the poles. Message sent and received. So now please continue to let them have it, give ‘em hell and tell it like it is. The town is getting on the right track, slowly but surely.

  11. Good Morning!!! There are no words to tell my brother how proud I am of him and all the good he will bring to the town of templeton. We were raised to be honest and take care of others and I know that is exactly what he will do for the town of templeton.

For Kenn Robinson...I believe you saw exactly what you needed to see about GS, your husband has great insight. You will also be a great selectman to bring the town of templeton out of the hole it is in.

    CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU!!!!

    1. ?? could you explain further, seems you know more than what you wrote.

    2. Seems like you "heard" a lot of interesting things. Care to share who you "heard" this from? Speaking so cryptically about secondhand info doesn't appear to be very truthful. Hearsay isn't always factual information and could lead to being misunderstood and spreading false rumors. So, can you rephrase your comment in a more direct way? Thank you.

    3. I do not know when all the defendants will receive their summons, so, at the current time, i would rather not get into any more details. i can assure you, this has nothing to do with any sort of "election snafu".

  13. I think there was an election snafu in Templeton on April 30, 2013. Someone from state elections showed up and made sure everything was on the up and up. I think the only bad thing that may have happened is an election official from Templeton handing a note to one of the candidates while on a lunch break. Now that would have been a Kodak moment. The snafu was the ballot boxes containing ballots, voter lists etc. were actually sealed before they left the polling place. Better luck next time "Gang"

  14. Jeff i saw the note being handed off to skelton and was from and delivered by our town clerk from a grey gm suv!
There were no smiles on their faces and we can speculate why!
When i saw the note passed off i alerted all around me about what i could see. there were many who saw it. Would this be a public document passed off if she was being paid at the time?
