Sweet Misery

Sweet Misery...
and the relationship to fluoride

At the BOS meeting on March 23, 2015, I asked for an agenda item  to discuss a possible warrant article on fluoride. The wording of the proposed article:

-->
To see if the Town will vote to petition the General Court for special legislation as set forth below; provided, however, that the General Court may make clerical or editorial changes of form only to the bill which shall be within the scope of the general public objectives of this petition, or take any other action relative thereto:

An Act Relative to require the use of pharmaceutical grade sodium fluoride in the public water supply of Templeton Massachusetts. Water fluoridation in the Town of Templeton shall be delivered using pharmaceutical grade sodium fluoride instead of hazardous industrial by products including HFSA( hydrofluorosilicic acid).  Pharmaceutical grade sodium fluoride delivers at least 100-fold lower levels of arsenic than does HFSA when water authorities choose to adjust their water supply to contain about 0.7 milligrams per liter of fluoride

This request was a special act to require pharmaceutical grade sodium fluoride to be used for water fluoridation in Templeton. The genesis for this article derives from a petition written by William Hirzy to the EPA:
After some discussion this warrant article was shot down. During the discussion, it became apparent that no one from the BOH nor the TMLWP had any idea what type of fluoride is added to Templeton's public drinking water and whether the substance used for water fluoridation had any arsenic in it.

A BOH member made the statement that apple juice and wine contain arsenic so why worry about the substance used for water fluoridation. In fact this same BOH member stated that I should do more research on fluoride. My suggestion to this BOH member and residents in Templeton is to do your own research. In fact the statement spouted by that BOH member regarding arsenic in wine has been discredited. See: The Grape Depression

Hard to believe a BOH member minimizing the effects of arsenic on human beings!

Bottom Line - Do YOUR OWN RESEARCH!

Aspartame-

Watch the video below for information about the adverse health effects of aspartame. It is a long video, but worth watching to gain insight into the politics of poison. The political process that allowed the poison aspartame to be used as a food additive is the same process that was used to allow a poison like fluoride in the public water supply.

 My opinions...supported by FACTS ! ! !

  1. Why wouldn't anyone want to be sure the fluoride in the water supply is not some low grade substance with the same name ? To take lightly the fact that arsenic is in some of the things we consume, is unbelievable. I think if it is in orange juice, it may be because the arsenic is in the ground where the orange trees are grown. Some of you may remember me writing about orchard growers spraying arsenic of lead on apple trees years ago. The thing is, this stuff does not leave the ground, it is there for ever. This is one reason you cannot let sheep graze on the same ground, they eat too close to the ground. One reasons we may not see fluoride leave the products on the store's shelves is the money involved.This stuff is in everything, from tooth paste to mouth wash. Don't forget the extra money the dentist office makes giving fluoride treatments. Its the money honey!! Bev.
