My Name is Paul H Cosentino. I started this Blog in 2011 because of what I believe to be wrongdoings in town government. This Blog is to keep the citizens of Templeton informed. It is also for the citizens of Templeton to post their comments and concerns.

Vote Today!
Annual Town Election
May 1st from 11:00am to 7:00pm
Voting will be held in the Narragansett Middle School gym
Sample Ballot. WRITE IN CANDIDATE FOR SCHOOL COMMITTEE DEBORAH ROBICHAUD 347 DUDLEY RD TEMPLETON
All of our eggs are in one basket, so I hope the voters in this Town do not drop them by voting for the "new Plant." Another person who we have never seen at a meeting, and will do the bidding of Echo Hill, but that is my opinion,(a good one.)Vote for Julie ! She is a good woman. That is the best thing I can say about her, and I hold her in the highest regard. You can trust Julie to think ahead to the future, not just for today, when she makes decisions. She knows how to find the information she needs, and to talk to the people she needs to reach. Julie has a history of working for the people of this Town even when she is not in office. It is too bad the people who are elected officials do not do half as much. It is up to each of you to do what is right for your town and your money. Remember, you will get the government you deserve. Bev.
Todays Gardner News! Winchendon faces declining enrollment! How many local communities have built mega schools only to find them becoming empty? Should Templeton join these towns in overbuilding schools? Vote Yes to rescind Elementary School at Town meeting!
As the paper stated the school choice can change the future. With the cuts they are faced with in Winchendon who knows how many more will choice out to go where the funds are going. Could that be Templetons schools? You Betcha. Careful what you vote for. Even with the space available problems we still offer it.
Like I have said, all of the projections I have seen show a decline in people moving in and everything else. I will ask Julie to put the information on the blog. Bev.
Voting will take place in the MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM !
ReplyDeleteI have been told parking will be available by the baseball field/NRSD Central Office in back .
I did not see designated handicap parking, but it was dark the last time I went back there.
Hopefully, there will be a police officer on duty to direct traffic in and out of that parking lot.
See you there!
Good Luck Julie Farrell!!!

David........Quabbin, Gardner, etc, etc are all partly empty. Should we spend 50 million to be half full in 5 years?

DeleteCongratulations to Diane and Cam. I hope all new and old members of the town government can work together to benefit the town.
