As you can see the wind turbine Debt and repairs are again on the list of to dos.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the turbine turn in close to 6 weeks or more. With the amount of wind from the storms turning all the wind turbines around us i wonder if the payments on the debt are going to increase the rates soon. I wonder if they need to seek another loan to keep the turbine in production? Is the gear box the issue we thought it was last year when the metal was getting in the oil filters due to the failure of the heat treatment process? If in fact it is TMLWP is looking for a cool 3/4-1 million to fix it at least. That could purchase about 1/3 of the towns power for 1 year and would take about 10 years to produce it with this piece of junk. To go in the whole further no matter what i would guess is the end game here. Lets not forget whos money they plan on borrowing for us. When the coop was formed they get the ability to borrow without a vote from us for the coop use. As they used the Renewable energy credit money to fix our rates in the past the money that should be there for repairs and the loan payment is now gone. And you thought the rates were better? They just increased the rates a short time ago and were still pooring the REC money in as well to keep their mistake hidden. The rates are only what they are to keep you thinking they do things right over there. Now after time has passed and the truth comes out about the worlds largest paper weight we as i told you will bare the cost of the quiet blunder. For it to sit still and watch the 4 GE type Wind Turbines that are in Gardner spin day and night make me think greed caused us to purchase the larger and over 1 megawatt to qualify for the coop loan. A lack of judgement has brought us to this point like our coop partner Princeton light has found itself at. The highest cost electricty and inability to repay loans. The repair if the same is needed could be close to a million, cost production loss were not insured for and cripple the school yard for the summer as the track would be in disrepair as the cranes would all but ruin it As with the previous post the management has a problem in doing things correctly.
#1 7 should be 2014? unless like in the past they are a year late and just want to through it in?
I don't see a comparision for commercial rates? Are the mill power rates reflective of our increases and more of a concern to them than we are?
I hope someone will find the time to join me at this meeting to hear whats up from the generals mouth.
The last meeting i was the only one to hear the business they were doing . Did i mention the loan the water department needs for the new tank over a half million. You'll get the picture when you open the bills and then it's to late to care whats up.
We did tell you they will raise your rates!
Did you LISTEN?
