I wonder if we will se a woman up for this job ? Is this going to be another friend of Markel's or someone else's disguard ? No mention of citizen comments on the adjenda, again ! So much for a free country. Bev.
ReplyDeleteI do find it amazing that the BOS is talking about "Policies and Procedures" for everyone, but the Carter T and John Caplis refuse to follow their own.
ReplyDeleteI am also a little curious how all this is suppose to work. How was Mr Fortes allowed to vote on the May 8th meeting when he had not filed his open meeting law paperwork or his conflict of interest paperwork? This also did not happen within the prescribed 14 days. As of May 18th He had not filed with the Town Clerk, but a couple days late isn't the issue.

It appears rules are for others..................Here we have the TA/Chairman of BOS and Vice Chairman all shown not following their own rules and regulations. I'm sure they have an excuse though...............maybe their dog ate it?
